Law reform is the process of examining existing laws, and advocating and implementing changes in a legal system, usually with the aim of enhancing justice or efficiency. Intimately related are law reform bodies or law commissions, which are organisations set up to facilitate law reform. Law reform bodies carry out research and recommend ways to simplify and modernize the law. Many law reform bodies are statutory corporations set up by governments, although they are usually independent from government control, providing intellectual independence to accurately reflect and report on how the law should progress. Law reform activities can include preparation and presentation of cases in court in order to change the common law; lobbying of government officials in order to change legislation; and research or writing that helps to establish an empirical basis for other law reform activities. What is also borderline cheating is that he pays volunteers with merchandise to say nice things baout him on blogs, forums and things...McCain/Feiengold also said you were not allowed to pay volunteers. They will let him out, McCain is a powerful person. Like when his wife Cindy was caught stealing prescription drugs from her own charity in the 90's she never got tried even! (that is a fact, she admitted to it) If you are John McCain or his wife/kids you can't be touched by the law apparently. The more we hear about Deports the more we hear about Unemployment Rates and Higher Food prices. How can this Country make a Claim to be Fighting Terrorist when the Government here is growing them without even knowing it with this Immigrations Debate. With Immigrations alone for that matter. How can this Country be trying to move into the Digital World when it's still stuck on the Past. And that Party may be Obama.
