What do u think about aiding and abeting criminal law? hello. in case you haven't heard about such law, here it goes: A criminal charge of aiding and abetting or accessory can usually be brought against anyone who helps in the commission of a crime, though legal distinctions vary by state. my questions. what do you think about that law? do you think it's important? is it fair? why do such law exists? thank you.

A. Here is a very good example: and This is a legal question and answer submitted by someone to an attorney. The question I would ask you is, would you like to be the person who got ripped off on this one or would you like to hold this person accountable? From her question, she did everything to facilitate the crime. Why not hold her accountable for her actions? Why should the victim be without recourse against her?
